Jacqueline & Bobby | Boston Proposal Photography

I have known Bobby for over 10 years so I was thrilled to be asked to be a small part of his Boston proposal. I arrived early with my son as a decoy and hung around the Charlestown Navy Yard until Bobby got down on one knee for his wonderful Jacqueline. After the shock wore off we walked around the Navy Yard and took advantage of the perfect early spring evening. Now, 2 years later, I am heading out the door shortly to photograph their Boston College Club wedding! I have photographed many proposals in and around Boston. The Charlestown Navy Yard is such a great spot to spend a few hours. Visit the U.S.S. Constitution and learn about the history of the area, take in the awesome views of the Boston skyline, and if you get hungry check out Dovetail restaurant right across the street. The beautiful space was designed by Joe the Architect (and photographed by me!). And the best part is you can take an MBTA ferry or water taxi right across Boston Harbor for bonus fun! A perfect summer day.
